Blue Dog Online complaint by Smobley49
A charge on my June Verizon bill of $13.86 for Vmail & Email-some ESBI service billing on behalf of Blue Dog Online!? I could not get through to them so I called Verizon. I spoke to a James, who told me my daughter ordered the service. They had her email address! I told them that this was not a valid charge because my daughter was not the authority on my phone service. He said he would cancel the service, but refused to cancel the first charge - the wrong answer!!!! I'm reporting this to the Attorney General's office!!!!

I just reviewed my Verizon phone bill and found this 13.32 charge from ESBI on behalf of blue dog online. I called them at the number 1-888-296-3724. Customer Service tried to convince me that I signed up because she has my personal information. Well after arguing with her she said she would post the credit to my verizon bill within 90 days and gave me confirmation number. I asked why does it take so long especially since I never authorized charge on bill. Woman responded I should call Verizon. This is awful how can someone take my personal information and charge me for something I did not request or authorize. Then give me an argument about how last month I signed up for voice mail. Watch out people scammers on the lose, again!

Smobley49, Have you received any recourse yet? I am calling my home phone provider and ESBI tomorrow as I found out I have been charged for one year $13.70 by ESBI. This company is ripping off so many unsuspecting consumers. The print of my phone bill was so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it. I am owed a lot of money for this monthly charge and would love to hear how others are making out getting theirs. After I take care of my monetary issues, I will be contacting the FCC, BBB, and Attorney General to report these scammers. Can you think of anyone else who we might report them to? Lets shut this company down fast!
